This commercial property’s existing fountain had become more of an eyesore than an attraction. The original feature was installed incorrectly, included visible plumbing and equipment, required frequent maintenance, and did not complement the property’s professional appearance.

Our team removed the existing fountain and redesigned the space around a new elevated water feature that serves as a focal point for visitors entering the building. The fountain was positioned to improve visibility, create a stronger sense of arrival, and better match the scale and style of the landscape.

To minimize ongoing maintenance, we installed an automatic water top-off system and automatic water treatment system to help maintain proper water levels and water clarity. All plumbing, wiring, and fountain components were concealed to provide a clean, finished appearance.
