Umbrella Property Services is hiring a Hardscape / Outdoor Living Foreman to lead high-end outdoor living projects from start to finish.
What You Will Lead & Build
You will run full outdoor living projects from layout to final walkthrough.
- Paver patios and walkways
- Structural retaining and seating walls
- Custom decks
- Outdoor kitchens
- Fire pits and fireplaces
- Water features
- Drainage systems and grading
- Excavation and full backyard transformations
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the crew
- Executing projects the right way — base prep, compaction, drainage, layout
- Keeping job sites organized, safe, and professional
- Communicating clearly with management and clients
- Assisting with job walks and estimates
- Documenting progress using company systems
- Supporting snow removal during winter (paid separately)
You are expected to think ahead, solve problems, and deliver projects that look intentional — not accidental.
What We Need
- 5+ years of hardscape / outdoor living experience
- Proven foreman or lead installer experience
- Strong knowledge of grading, compaction, drainage, and layout
- Experience building patios, walls, decks, kitchens, and structural features
- Ability to read and execute plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Snow removal experience preferred
- Ownership mindset and pride in workmanship

Pay & Compensation
- $60,000 base salary (1099 contractor)
- Health insurance stipend
- Sales commission on projects you sell and close
- Expected commission: $15,000–$25,000 annually
- Snow removal paid separately
Total compensation potential: $70,000–$95,000+
