About the Job

Listen up, lawn warriors—if you’ve got what it takes to tame unruly shrubs and make flower beds bloom like fireworks on the Fourth of July, Umbrella Corp. wants YOU. We’re not your typical stuffy company. Head over to www.UmbrellaPS.com click on Careers and fill out our application.

We’re a Faith-based company, but we’re also all about real talk, real support, and really having your back. We’re growing fast, which means promotion opportunities are just around the corner. Want to climb the ladder? We’ll throw the rungs up for you.

In short: you’ll help build something great, not just punch the clock. Join Umbrella and let’s make this thing awesome together.

Why Should You Join Us?

Because we’re awesome, and let’s be real—who wouldn’t want to get paid to work outside, stay active, and make landscapes look amazing? Here’s the deal:

  • Faith-Based Values: No, we won’t make you sing hymns, but we do respect our team and believe in treating people right.
  • Winter? No Problem: Grass may stop growing, but snow keeps falling! Opportunities to earn are available during the winter season—because shovels and plows work just as well as lawnmowers when the weather changes.
  • Seasonal Bonuses: Because you deserve to buy something fancy for yourself—or just more snacks.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and all that grown-up stuff.
  • Promotions? Heck Yeah: We grow faster than dandelions in spring, and we promote from within.
  • Your Ideas Matter: Have a crazy idea for improving things? Let’s hear it. We might just run with it.
  • Help Build Something Big: You’re not just pushing mowers—you’re helping build a company that stands out.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Valid Driver’s License (If you can’t drive, you’re gonna have a bad time).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a landscape crew (you’ve seen it all by now).
  • Know your stuff when it comes to landscape maintenance and construction (you’re basically a landscape ninja).
  • Ability to operate commercial equipment and pull 20′ trailers without breaking a sweat.
  • phone or tablet (sorry, no rotary phones here).
  • Customer service skills—because sometimes people can be… difficult.
  • Snow plowing experience? That’s a big bonus. If you’ve survived a winter storm, we want you.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Show up, suit up, and dig in—literally. Grass, dirt, mulch… it’s all in a day’s work.
  • Take orders like a landscaping ninja—your crew lead calls the shots, you make the magic happen.
  • Master the art of wielding a weed whacker (without taking out a flower bed—or your shoelaces).
  • Keep the job site looking sharp—because nobody wants to trip over a rogue rake.
  • Respect the safety rules (unless you want a really embarrassing story about how you lost a battle with a hedge trimmer).

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Routine Lawn Maintenance (you’ll make lawns look better than your ex’s dating profile).
  • Bush/Tree Shaping and Trimming (we’re not just trimming hedges, we’re creating art).
  • Planting & Maintenance of flowers, trees, bushes (basically a plant whisperer).
  • Mulch & Bed Installation (think of it as your landscape masterpiece).
  • Fall/Spring Cleanups (because leaves don’t rake themselves).
  • Snow Removal (for those who think shoveling snow at 2 AM builds character).
